One last hurrah!

This is it...my radio show is ending this week, Thursday the 28th to be exact.  It's a sad day in radio history, John and I have created a truly groundbreaking show (I can't believe I typed that with a straight face).  But seriously, we've had a ton of fun these past few months, rebooting Thanks For Not Listening and playing everything we love and having friends call in and not call in.  We've had kids call in and talk about legos, kids call in and tell us the only reason they are listening because they lost cable and we were came on first...it's been a good run.
So, to the point of this blog...Thursday being the last show for TFNL, I'd like to invite anyone who reads this thing to be sure and tune in from 11PM until 1AM, hopefully we'll make sure you don't regret your decision.  We want you all to call in and make requests and talk about whatever, I'll give the number out on air that night...if you're in the Willimantic area you can listen at 90.1 FM or if you happen to be anywhere else, you can tune in ONLINE ...I can't wait to hear from people, if you do listen that is...John and I will be playing whatever.
On a separate topic, my big move to Brooklyn happens in t-minus 6 days and counting...holy fuck!  This is one of the most exciting times of my life, I have a place to live, a place to work aaaand I have a giant mixing board...that's right a mixing board, why you might be asking...it was given to me by Mr. Pete Nichols and it's going to be used to do a podcast or an online radio show from NYC apartment weekly, or monthly...but stay tuned for that nonsense.
